  • Application generation and delivery to bank and processor (FDR)
  • Bank requirements regarding security, document storage and underwriting conformance
  • BIN / PCF Settings that impact how card accounts are issued, serviced and settled
  • Card / Fraud Security to guard against credit risk and loss to fraud and other misuse.

Marketing Plans & Direct Mail Campaigns

Credit America will source direct marketing professionals and mail fulfillment houses to conduct your direct mail campaigns. We also source materials, list hygiene procedures and skiptracing skills to effect the greatest potential yield and response rates possible from your portfolios, including effective mailings designed specifically to increase inbound response.

Staff Training

We provide full training of your existing staff dedicated to the Program, and will assist in sourcing new hires as appropriate. Reporting Systems

Develop full reporting capabilities, create and deliver scheduled reports containing details required by your executives, Program staff, accounting and technical interests. Many of these reports may be accessible through web-based utilities, and may interface directly with the card processor.

Compliance

Full compliance manuals detailing requirements of the bank card issuer, its regulators, and any rules applicable to MSP registrants as administered by MasterCard International, will be authored and installed at your offices. Many of these issues will relate to records management and document storage and accessibility. These systems will be constructed to readily satisfy regular audits conducted by the bank issuer and/or its overseers.

Financial Models

Sophisticated financial models will be developed for you, detailing all Program related activities and projections, including portfolio acquisitions, cost basis and recovery analysis, conforming statements in accordance with GAAP requirements, credit card settlement and reserve issues, employees and staffing requirements, cash collection, partial payment maintenance, cash sources and uses, profit and loss statements, depreciation, and other material fiscal matters involving the Program and its relationship within your company.

Scoring Models / Consumer Credit Data

Credit America shall make proprietary scoring models and methods available to you, and as necessary, shall endeavor to customize or develop additional such models for use in marketing to the portfolios you subject to the Program.

Growth Plans & New Business Development

Credit America will assist you in formulating strategic plans to grow the program, and leverage its values outside the firm. These initiatives may include securing asset management agreements with other debt buying companies, under which portfolios are assigned to you to conduct balance transfer efforts, card servicing and performing credit card sales.

In addition, Credit America can work to form agreements with other card issuers, under which selected card holders of yours can be offered an opportunity to apply for an improved card product, and upon approval, transfer their balance with you to another card issuer. Such agreements can be used by you to conduct period "sales" at your discretion and control.
